Tina, the Chatty Coordinator of the Clowder

In every feline clowder, there’s always one cat who loves to make their voice heard, and in ours, that role undoubtedly belongs to Tina. She never goes unnoticed—not just because of her elegant appearance and constant presence, but especially because of her endless desire to communicate. If there’s something to say, Tina will say it. Or rather, she will meow it—loud and clear!🐱💛

Every time a volunteer arrives, she’s there waiting, ready to jump into a long series of meows that can either be welcoming or scolding, depending on how punctual we are with her meal. If everything is on time, she greets us with a sweet melody of approval. But if we dare to be late, her tone shifts, and her complaints turn into a full-blown speech that lasts until she gets her first bite of food! Because of this never-ending chatter, we nicknamed her Lamentina—but to friends, she’s simply Tina.

But Tina isn’t just talkative; she’s also a true coordinator. She watches over everything that happens in the clowder with the keen and watchful eye of someone who wants to make sure everything is done properly. She misses nothing, especially when it comes to food or new arrivals in the territory. If something bugs her, she doesn’t hesitate to let us know, delivering a long-winded, meowed report as if explaining exactly what’s wrong.🫡🐱💕

Over time, she has learned to trust humans, but she has never completely let her guard down. Tina is one of those cats with very clear boundaries: I can sniff you, I can walk beside you, I can even wait eagerly for you… but don’t you dare touch me! Trust, for her, is something that must be earned with patience and respect.

They say she is about three years old, but she has the authority of a seasoned General. With her sharp voice and strong personality, Tina is an unmistakable presence in our clowder—a little leader who, with her unique way of communicating, has carved out a special place in everyone’s heart.

And of course, no one can ever ignore her… because Tina, as we all know, always has the last word! 🐾💛
